Buying process

One of the great things about buying in America, is the simple buying process from anywhere in the world. A preliminary contract will be sent to you to sign and then once the balance is paid you will receive title by means of a deed transfer and the property will be registered in your name locally. Total buying cost is only $500. No hidden extras. Ideal low cost if you wish to quickly re-sell. The deposit is non refundable so please ensure you are serious about buying before going ahead. Process summary…

1                      Reserve with 2000 USD and pay Notary fee of 500 USD

2                      Preliminary Contract sent to you to sign and return within 48 hours.

3                      Pay 50% of balance to USD Client Protected Account in the UK within 1-2 weeks.

4                      Pay 25% of balance within 3-4 weeks (once building work has commenced).

5                      Pay 25% upon completion of works and tenant in place (approx 6-8 weeks after reservation)

6                      Title Deeds will be signed and transferred into your name and registered in the US.

7                      Registered Deeds and keys will be sent to you once registered.
