The people who make money from property are those who buy at the bottom of the market when everyone else is too frightened. That's why most of us never make serious money; we follow the heard and buy at the wrong time! With this in mind we have never before seen so much interest in our most expensive properties. The people with money are looking and whilst they are a small heard, they are the one to follow! So what this tells me is that this is the time to buy.
