Costa Marina is a new development on the Mosquiero road ¾ km from the Aruana beach. This then gives you access to the 25km of beach from Atalia to Mosquiero. It is an enclosed condominium with security, condominium costs are expected to be in the region of R$150/ (GBP 37.00, Euros 54.00) month.
All the plots have mains water for the villa and well water for the garden. The main supermarkets are 5km, 7km and 10km and the airport is 10km from the development. The city of Aracaju is 15km away.
All the villas are architect designed; there are 8 examples from single story bungalows to 2 story houses from medium to large. Should you require an individually designed house personalized to your own requirements our architect is available for consultation and only too willing to oblige.
This development is ½ way between the finished north bridge and the bridge to the south of the island which is now under construction. The two bridges together with the proposed hotel complex situated on the beach on the southern tip of the island are rising property prices by some 20%pa.
