The Hotel Bahia de Coche is a modern complex, completely furnished, and surrounded by nature, making it the ideal option for those who wish to enjoy to the maximum, their stay in a Caribbean paradise during their holidays.

Inmogestion Margarita, C.A offers buyers a rental service for a period of 10 years, with occupancy at the resort from 6% to 8% (60% 80%+ of occupation). Owners can use their double suite for a period of 30 days each year, during the low season without forfeiting their rental return. Currently, operators, such as First Choice, Condor, Thomas Cook, S.I. Tours, have shown their interest in purchasing capacity for the operation in the resort.

CONCEPT
The design of the hotel, is based in the preservation of the environment, and in the total integration with the natural beauty that the Island of Coche offers. Therefore, it is a complex of low density, with plenty of services and ample green areas that are harmoniously integrated with its surroundings.
The use of clay and perimetric stone walls, add that Caribbean touch which is so native, and gives its character to the Island. The master plan of the hotel, designed in a horseshoe form, without a doubt, has been planned with a double intention, to maximize the social spaces and the green areas, and at the same time to allow the passage of the wind, so characteristic of the Island, maximizing the line of vision of each double module.

It is located south of Margarita Island, where beautiful landscapes are blended with friendly people dedicated to the tasks of the sea. Its name comes from the Caribbean language and means deer, but it is not known accurately if it is due to the physical shape of the island, or because long ago that species existed there.
The Islands of Margarita, Coche and Cubagua, conform the State of Nueva Esparta. Coche has a warm climate, with a temperature of 28c., that makes it pleasant all year round. In its 55 km2 we find beautiful beaches such as Punta La Playa, San Pedro and El Coco.
