There will be approximately 97 apartments available in phase 1 of the Cumbuco Breezes whilst phase 2 will have 87 apartments. The new homes will vary in sizes and the prize and start at £33.914 and 46.14m2. Apartments feature one, two, three or more bedrooms. There is even the possibility to purchase two 64.5m2 apartments to create one large 130m2 apartment with five bedrooms. Prices for a 64.5m2 apartment can go up to £72.732 and for a two of them combined the price will be around double plus 10% of the total price. Garages are also available for sale and cost around £2.860.

The first 20% of the purchasing price will be due about one week after signing the contract. 30% will have to be paid at the beginning of the construction, another 30% at completion of the roof and the last 20% when the apartment has been finished fully. This is also when 8% conveyance fee will be charged.
