This beautifully restored cortijo comprises three buildings; The Farmhouse, The Granary and The Stable. We reside in The Stable and use The Farmhouse and The Granary for self catering holiday rentals for up to 14 people.
The Farmhouse is built on two levels and sleeps up to 10. The accommodation consists of:
Ground floor: reception with satalitte TV and DVD player
Separate dining room with seating for 10
Fully equipped kitchen with a large cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine
First floor: four bedrooms (two with en-suite shower rooms). One double, two triples and one twin bedroom
Family size bathroom
Heating is provided by oil fired central heating.
The Granary’s accommodation sleeps maximum of 6 and is spread out over a single storey containing:
Open plan lounge/dining area/fully equipped kitchen. Lounge comes with a double sofa bed.
Two bedrooms – one twin and one double (with access to courtyard)
One large shower room
The French doors in the lounge lead to the courtyard.
Outside is a private, paved court yard.
Heating is provided by oil fired central heating.
The Stable’s accommodation comprises:
Ground floor: lounge with cast iron log burner, L shaped fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Integral washing machine and dishwasher are included.
Shower room
The French doors in the lounge lead to the courtyard and are double glazed. The window from the dining area overlooking the courtyard is also double glazed.
First storey: Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with cast iron roll top bath
Second bedroom
The upper level has laminated flooring.
Full oil fired central heating.
Outside you have a private, paved, courtyard, built in BBQ and “setee” - a brilliant spot to dine and relax during the summer evenings.
Outside:
In the garden there is a wide selection of fruit trees, shrubs and plants.
The private swimming pool measures approximately 4 x 9 metres and is surrounded by a large patio.
There are two additional patios and a boule terrain.
Paved secure parking area for both the owners and guests.
Store room and pump house.
Two sheds for further storage space.
Boiler room with central heating boiler, 1,000 litre tank and large storage area.
Condition:
The Farmhouse and Granary have been caringly restored, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The many guests staying here have commented on the quality of accommodation and how much they have enjoyed their stay here. We have recently finished major renovation of The Stable.

Apart from the excellent condition of the property and its wonderful location, it’s perfectly situated in a very special area proving easy access to the surrounding countryside.
We are situated far enough from the motorway to be unaware of it, yet in just a few kilometers we have top class access to the surrounding areas. All this makes our home an excellent holiday location giving the buyer an established and increasing business investment.

We have mains water and electricity.
Main line Telephone has been installed.
Sewerage is a septic tank which we have had to empty only once in a minimum of 3 years.
