The house is L shaped with a bathroom on each side so could be split into two to rent out one side.
There is a fully equiped kitchen on one side and small basic kitchen on the other. There are many beautiful orignal features but has been updated to provide a comfortable country style house on the edge of town. It has lovely outside space with two fully enclosed courtyards. There is room in one courtyard to put a splash pool. The other has a small garden with a mature lemon tree. The outside area is completly private so you can relax and escape from everything or stroll into the town. There are plenty of local bars and restuarants within easy walking distance. The town has a good supply of shops and amenities with plenty of opportunities to get involved with local activities. Parking is on a quiet street.

The owner can't advise on the likely running costs if this were a permanent home but they have found it very economical as a holiday home. There is a phone line to the house but this is not currently connected.
