A real scruff. This great 4 bedroomed house with pool and direct access to the beach on the Pernambuco holiday island of Itamaraca looks like my son the morning after the night before. It looks like a wreck but you know that with a good wash down and spruce up it will be as good as new.

As an agent I despair. The locals take the view that as they want to sell they shouldn't spend a penny on their property. So what you see is what you get but my jovb would be a whole lot easier if they listened to the "House Doctor" and presented the place properly. But if they did they would know the house would fetch a whole lot more money! So take advantage, buy this scruff, spruce him up and get yourself a dream boat!

The plot is a good size, the pool will be irresistable once the water is blue rather than green and most of the other problems will be solved with bleach and and a coat of paint. I just wish my son could be sorted out as easily!
