The house has mains electricity and water and is attached to the sewerage system. As we have rarely been able to stay for long periods of time its difficult to gauge the running costs but the service charges only for the electricity is around 5 euros a month.
The water is heated by an electricity boiler located in the kitchen and this is newly installed. There is no heating at present but I would have had electric heaters installed had I been keeping the house, as this is easier than organising gas bottles.
